Jason had an extraordinary record of achievements during his Division 1 baseball career at Canisius College.
- Former Division 1 first-team All-MAAC
- Former Two-time Division 1 All-State team member
- Former 1997 MAAC home-run leader (9)
- Former Division 1 All-American
- Currently ranked 9th on the all-time MAAC career batting average list (.363)
Upon completion of his college career, Jason played professionally for the Adirondack Lumberjacks in the Northeast Independent League, the Amarillo Dillas and Greenville Bluesmen, both of the Texas-Louisiana League.
COACHING CAREER
Since the early 2000’s, Jason has been coaching and training players in the Buffalo region. In 2015, he was inducted into the Western New York Baseball Hall of Fame. Jason is a third generation ball player, following the footsteps of his father and grandfather, all of whom played and coached in the Buffalo News Suburban League for his hometown of Holland, NY.
Jason's dedication to the game has earned him high praise from coaches and peers alike.
In recent years, Jason's focus has shifted to elite player development and the creation of showcase teams. He has built an indoor/outdoor training facility dedicated solely to player development, which is also home to the NY Stingers travel baseball organization. -

COACHING CAREER
Bill Goc brings over twenty years of coaching and managing to the NY Stingers organization.
Coach Goc gathered his first head coaching experience with four years at the helm of the now NY Diamond Girls where he had the privilege of seeing numerous young ladies go on to play collegiate softball. After graduating from Cazenovia College in 2002, where he played four years of collegiate baseball, he was named head softball coach and coordinator of athletic facilities at Hilbert College. By the end of his four years, he exited having the highest winning percentage and the program’s single season win record which stood for fifteen years. Taking time to focus on family, Coach Goc returned to coaching Medaille College softball as an assistant in 2010 where they set the single season win record and the program’s only trip to the AMCC finals. Focus shifted from softball to baseball when he was asked to join the coaching staff at his alma mater Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School (’98). Spending five years in the program led to six more seasons coaching with South Buffalo Pride and West Seneca Warriors travel teams. Bill and his wife Melissa reside in West Seneca, NY with their two sons who are both players in the NY Stingers organization.

- Played 3 years of professional baseball
- When Joe completed his career at University of Buffalo he entered UBs all-time top 10 in RBIs (97,4th), triples (12, 3rd), doubles (30, 5th), and games played (2nd).
COACHING CAREER
Joe Mihalics has coached both baseball and basketball at various levels for the past 22 years. Working with athletes that have played at the professional, college, high school and youth levels.

Upon finishing up with Canisius, Steven got the opportunity to play professional baseball with the Cleveland Indians.
